No Returns/No Exchanges for Website, Digital, Downloads, or Grant Services Rendered
Revision Requests*
You have seven (7) calendar days to requests a total of three (3) revisions before additional fees will apply (based on request). This applies to all services rendered to include digital items from the date you received the final product.
*Revisions will be based NOT include total website rebuilds or changes to grant requests
(Example: If you opt for assistance on a new grant requests or website rebuild after delivery - This is considered a new service request and not a revision)
Please Note: After seven (7) Days – All change requests will be considered new “billable” requests.
Once we receive requested revisions, a timeframe of correction will be provided via email/phone consult. We will immediately notify you on the status of your revision request after thorough review.
Refunds
No Refunds.
Refunds are only available in the case of cancellations only on specific services. Please review the “Cancellations” policy for more details.
Cancellations
You have 24 hours to request cancellation of contracted services to receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Please allow 5 -10 Business Days (based on your financial institution) to receive your full refund.
Any cancellation requests made after the 24-hour period will incur a $50.00 fee.
Digital products such as fillable invitations and/or flyers templates cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

Fulfillment & Shipping Policy
Fulfillment
After a Contact Us request is received, a consultation will be setup to identify your specific needs. Based on the depth or simplicity of the request(s) – an estimated timeframe of completion will be provided during consultation. Once contracted to provide a service, a fulfillment date will be provided.
Any downloadable requests such as fillable templates/flyers will be available within 24 hours upon purchase; unless it is special fulfillment request(s) are needed.
Please Note: This timeframe does not include days for revision requests.
Shipping
All products are digital delivery formats currently via pdf, png, jpg, URLs, etc. only.
Special Printing/Shipping Requests – If document printing/shipping is requested for specific items such as photos, grant, please contact us to request a quote for printing and/or shipping rates which will be provided based on your area via the United States Postal Services at your expense in addition to services rendered.
